Estimated Shipping Time:

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after placement, excluding weekends, holidays, and the year-end/New Year period. We will contact you individually by email if there are any changes to the status

Shipping Fees for Small Items (e.g., Wallets):

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥500. International
shipping incurs a flat rate of ¥1,500. If you wish to ship internationally

Shipping fees for products not classified as small items:

Medium-sized items within Japan are 800 yen. The shipping carrier and method (including Japan Post, Yamato Transport, and

) may vary based on the circumstances and judgment of our partner shipping agencies. Small
items are typically delivered via mailbox drop-off, but in some cases, face-to-face delivery may be possible. Please understand that we cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage if the carrier can prove the item was delivered to the mailbox.

Disclaimer:

Characteristics inherent to natural materials used in products, or unavoidable phenomena during material processing, may not be considered defects. Examples include waxing marks on canvas materials, uneven dyeing, wrinkles, or areas appearing like stains on natural leather materials, and unavoidable work marks from the manufacturing process. Both leather and fabric materials may exhibit variations in dye color between production lots.

Exchanges are available for unused items within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide other necessary assistance as required.
