How to Use Our Service:
You can purchase products on this site with or without an account (as a guest).
Creating an account allows you to save your shipping address, payment information, and purchase history, saving you the trouble of re-entering this information on future visits. Creating an account is very simple: just click the "person icon" in the top right corner of the screen or the link on the purchase information entry screen, enter your email address, and log in with a one-time password to automatically create your account.
Store Credit Feature:
On this site, 5% of your purchase amount is automatically credited as store credit 14 days after product shipment, which can be used for future purchases. An account on this site is required to check, manage, and use your store credit balance. Creating an account before or during your purchase will automatically apply this credit. Even if you purchased as a guest, creating an account later using the same email address used at the time of purchase will activate your store credit.

Estimated Shipping Time:
Orders placed by noon Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders
placed after noon or on weekends will be shipped as soon as possible. Excludes
national holidays and the year-end/New Year period. (Actual average same-day shipping rate: 90%; next-day shipping: 10%)

Natural characteristics inherent to the materials used in our products, as well as unavoidable phenomena resulting from material processing, may not be considered defects. Examples include wax coating marks on canvas, uneven dyeing, wrinkles, or areas that appear stained on natural leather, and marks resulting from the manufacturing process that are unavoidable. Please note that the shade of dye may vary from batch to batch for both leather and fabric materials.
After Receiving Your Order:
If you discover any issues with the product that you believe to be a manufacturing
defect after receiving it, please contact us first via email at support@solahanpu.com.

We will accept exchanges for unused items within 7 days of receipt and will provide other assistance as needed. *Please note: Even in the unlikely event of a defect, or if you wish to exchange or return an item for any other reason, please do not return the item to us without first contacting us. We may be unable to process your request if you do so. Please be sure to contact us via email before taking any action.If you contact
us regarding a missing item more than two months after the shipping carrier has issued a tracking number, we may be unable to assist you. This is because, while procedures vary by carrier, tracking numbers often expire and become untraceable after two months. We kindly ask that you confirm receipt within two months (60 days) at the latest.
