How to use our services:

You can purchase products on this site with or without an account (as a guest).
If you create an account, you can save your shipping address, payment information, purchase history, etc., which will save you time on future purchases. Creating an account is very easy: simply click on the "person icon" at the top right of the screen or the link on the purchase information entry screen, enter your email address, and log in with a one-time password to automatically create an account.

Store Credit Feature:

On this site, 5% of your purchase amount will be automatically granted as store credit for future purchases 14 days after product shipment. An account on this site is required to check, hold, and use store credit balance. It will be applied automatically by creating an account before or during your purchase. Even if you make a guest purchase, store credit will become valid if you create an account later using the same email address as your purchase.

Estimated delivery time:

Orders completed by noon from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after noon or on weekends will be shipped as soon as possible.
Excludes holidays and New Year's holidays. (Actual average same-day shipping rate: 90%, next-day shipping rate: 10%)

Disclaimer:

In some cases, inherent characteristics of natural materials used in products and unavoidable phenomena during material processing may not be considered defects. This includes wax marks on waxed canvas material, uneven dyeing, wrinkles, and stain-like areas on natural leather, and unavoidable working marks during the product manufacturing process. The dye color of both leather and fabric materials may vary with each production lot.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges after product receipt:

If you find any problems with the product after receipt that appear to be initial defects,
please first contact us by email at support @ solahanpu.com.

For 7 days after receipt, only unused items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, and other actions will be taken as necessary. *Please do not return items without contacting us, even if there is a defect or if you wish to exchange or return for other reasons. In such cases, we may not be able to respond. Please be sure to return items after contacting us by email.

If you contact us about non-delivery of an item more than 2 months after the shipping company issues a tracking number, we may not be able to assist. This is because, while there are differences between carriers, tracking numbers often expire and become untraceable after more than 2 months. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please ensure you confirm receipt within 2 months (60 days) at the latest.
