We have recently added a store credit feature to our official website. From now on, every time you make a purchase on our official website, you will receive store credit equal to 5% of your purchase amount 14 days after shipment. You can use this credit toward future purchases.
You must register for an account to view and use your store credit. You can create an account by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the official website or the “Log In” link near the email address field during checkout. Simply enter your email address and log in with a one-time password, and your account will be created automatically.
For customers who have made purchases on our official website since its launch on June 28, 2023, we have automatically credited store credit for those past purchases.
● If you already have an account, you can check your balance by logging in.
● If you made a guest purchase without an account, simply log in using the same email address you used for your purchase, and an account will be automatically created, activating your store credit.
Going forward, if you create an account using the same email address after making a guest purchase, you’ll be able to use your store credit.
