Tenuis is the definitive slim wallet born from designer Sola's travel experiences, generating over ¥100 million in cumulative support for the series. This fourth-generation model incorporates all previous insights, pioneering a new direction as the "mainstream successor" in structure, materials, and usability.

The Tenuis series received the **2025 Omotenashi Selection Gold Award** (awarded to Japan's finest products) for its third generation. Reflecting feedback from supporters worldwide, it achieves the "ultimate thinness" perfectly suited for today's era, accommodating both the cashless age and situations requiring physical cash.

Evolved Materials: Italian Leather and Goatskin Fusion

The exterior features Italian-made Baccata leather (Margot leather). Enjoy its aging process, where the matte texture reminiscent of Japanese paper develops a lustrous sheen and deepens in color with use. The interior utilizes ultra-thin yet resilient "goat leather" at just 0.5mm. This maintains durability while keeping the overall wallet thickness minimal.

Structure-Driven Thinness: Just 6mm Thick

Measures just 6mm thick and weighs approximately 60g when empty. As slim as a smartphone, it won't bulge in tight pockets. Its unique structure places cards side-by-side, distributing thickness from overlapping cards to achieve "remaining slim even when filled."

Distinctive Features

・Twin Card Slots: Accommodates up to 8 cards across two slots. The goat leather's elasticity allows it to mold to the shape of your cards over time. (Common to 3rd generation)

・New Twin Coin Pockets: Divided into upper and lower sections to prevent coins from shifting. Eliminating the zipper and adopting a "flap" design allows each to function as an independent coin pocket.

・2 Hidden Pockets: Two dedicated key slots and two card pockets are placed on the back of the bill compartment. This improves visibility and ease of access, allowing you to smartly carry touch cards or spare keys. (Common to 3rd generation, with some shape modifications)

Here are some comments from our customers!

Atsushika-san
: The card slots are really well thought out, and it's incredibly thin. It holds a decent number of coins too.

mk23
: Love at first sight. At first glance, it looks like a regular bifold wallet, but the size has been reduced to the absolute minimum, making it compact and easy to use.

REI
: Fits in a woman's skirt pocket. Can be used just like a regular wallet (no need to fold bills small, no limit on coin quantity, etc.).

Tenuis
TL: I've been using it constantly ever since backing it on Campfire. Personally, I'd been searching forever for a wallet that fits thinly in my front pants pocket, so this was a fantastic find. Even with cashless becoming mainstream, you still need cards, bills, coins, multiple keys, etc. No matter how minimalist you aim to be, carrying the bare essentials without inconvenience still adds up to a certain volume. While exploring options, I've tried several other thin, small minimalist wallets with high hopes, but they all ended up being inconvenient in some way or required compromises. Ultimately, the Tenuis TL remains my only choice. I can't help but wonder how I'd manage without it now—it's such an amazing product. I'm truly grateful to have found it.

MT-san
, I truly believe this is the pinnacle of thin wallets. I've tried several compact wallets, but they either lacked card slots or ended up bulky. Pants pockets are tall and narrow, so many items don't fit neatly side-by-side due to awkward widths. You end up stacking them, so a thinner wallet fits better
. This is especially true since switching from a flip phone to a smartphone. I can't imagine using any other wallet in my pocket now. As I'll mention later, the twin card slots, coin pocket divider, and hidden pocket are incredibly convenient and great. It's thin yet highly functional—I love it and will definitely use it for a long time. As a side note, I also like that the inside and outside have different colors. If the goat leather had less sheen, it would be even more perfect (lol).

I tried several
other slim wallets, but Tenuis struck the perfect balance of being "thin yet easy to use." Its simple design goes with any outfit, making it my daily companion.
