About using bank transfers
You can select "Bank Transfer" in the payment method section of the checkout screen when placing your order.
Bank account information will be provided in the "Order Confirmation Email" that is automatically sent after your order is completed. Once you receive the email, please check the details and proceed with the bank transfer.
Requests and Notes Regarding Bank Transfers
・Please ensure the transfer is made under the name of the order placer.
・Bank Transfer Fees: We regret to inform you that customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees.
・Shipping Timing: Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange for product shipment (prepayment is required).
・Transfer Deadline: The transfer period is within one week from the order date. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
・Payment confirmation is done manually, so if possible, after making the transfer, please send an email to support@solahanpu.com with your name and order number. This may expedite the confirmation process.
