Tenuis Slim Compact Zipper Wallet Production Process

Here's a glimpse into the production process of the "Tenuis 3rd Generation" slim compact wallet.

This is the process of sewing the polypropylene coin divider. The reason for using two stitch lines instead of one is that with only one stitch line, when one side is raised, the other side tends to drop. By using two stitch lines, both sides can be kept raised simultaneously.

This structure prevents stacked coins from shifting to one side when placed in the wallet. As a result, the entire wallet can be kept slim. It may seem simple, but this detail makes a big difference.

When transitioning from a typical long wallet or thick bifold wallet to a cashless coin case, money clip, slim mini wallet, or compact wallet, some people may worry, "Won't a slim wallet be inconvenient to use?" or "Will I regret buying it?"

Tenuis is a minimalist wallet that is 6mm thick when empty and maintains its slimness even when filled. Its features and functions, such as not bulging excessively even with bills, cards, and receipts, and being less likely to leave marks on pants, are due to such detailed structural elements.

It can be widely used by both men and women, from daily use to travel, and is also chosen as a new wallet on auspicious days like Ichiryū Manbai-bi (a day when a little effort brings great rewards).
