Starting in March 2026, Solahanpu has introduced a new review system to better reflect customer feedback in its brand management.
We have received a great deal of warm support through crowdfunding and social media, but we wanted to create a platform where we could more directly share the "direct user experience" of those who actually use our products on a daily basis.
We value the voices of "real users."
This system requests feedback via email from those who have actually purchased our products. Alternatively, those who purchased through other sales systems prior to June 2023, or through crowdfunding, can also submit their feedback via the product page. We believe that each individual review offers more depth than any words could express.
Regarding replies to reviews
We are very sorry to say this, but Solahanpu is currently operating with a small team.
As a designer, I am fully focused on product development, improvement, and reliable shipping, and therefore, I have decided to refrain from individually responding to all reviews I receive.
Rather than simply replying, we would like to respond to everyone by demonstrating the results of "creating products that are easier to use and more sophisticated."
To nurture the product together
A "thin wallet" only truly shines when it matches the user's habits. Sometimes, it might feel " difficult to use at first" or give the impression of being "somewhat restrictive."
These real-world voices from the field are the best advice for those considering similar solutions and provide valuable design insights for the future.
