Design thinking from scratch that questions existing frameworks

When creating a new product, we don't assume it will have a conventional, conventional shape. SOLAHANPU's style is to start from a state of "nothing" and derive the shape based on the size of the contents, asking the question, "What is the minimum amount of space needed to hold this item?"

Designing from this perspective, starting from nothing , naturally leads to a minimalist structure. Unconstrained by existing "product-like" concepts, the exterior is determined by the dimensions of the items to be stored. This allows for an astonishingly compact design with absolutely no excess space.

That said, design is not always straightforward. The more minimalist a design is, the more complicated the process becomes. It may sound contradictory at first glance, but creating a simple product requires a simple process, while creating a minimalist product requires a complex process, even though the finished product is minimal.
